This study investigates the influence of strategic implementation on the organizational performance of Kaki Motors, a private import and export company. Utilizing an explanatory survey research design, the study collects quantitative data through closed-ended questionnaires distributed to 194 employees, selected via simple random sampling from a target sample size of 208. The research explores the internal and external challenges associated with strategic implementation and their impact on enhancing future action plans and overall organizational performance. Key dimensions of strategic implementation, including organizational structure, resource allocation, and leadership commitment, are examined to understand their effects on organizational performance. The collected data is analyzed using correlation and regression analyses. The findings indicate that resource allocation and organizational structure have a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, highlighting the importance of effective resource allocation and establishing an appropriate organizational structure. However, the study reveals a negative and significant association between leadership commitment and organizational performance, emphasizing the need to address leadership commitment within the context of Kaki Motors. Based on the research findings, the study concludes that successful strategic implementation at Kaki Motors requires addressing resource allocation issues, fostering a supportive organizational culture, and developing proactive leadership. The recommendations stress the significance of strong commitment and cooperation among stakeholders, efficient resource allocation, and innovative leadership to achieve Kaki Motors' strategic objectivesen_US
